Established in 2005, Alpha Real Capital is owned by its partners which include Phillip Rose, companies ultimately owned by the Philip S Gower Settlement, Sir John Beckwith, companies associated with Michael Spencer and members of the Alpha management team.

The Alpha team has collectively over 200 years experience of the real estate, banking and funds management industries gained with leading organisations including Lend Lease, TrizecHahn, Hammerson, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Close Bros, General Property Trust, DTZ, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, Healey & Baker and CBRE.

The Alpha team has extensive operating experience of investing, financing, developing and managing real estate throughout Europe, USA and Asia, including the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Netherlands, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, India and Australia.
